RUN TECHNIQUE ANALYSIS

Session Time: 1hr

• Video analysis of running
• Identify & break down running faults
• Basic run technique drill instruction to improve running mechanics and efficiency

RUN TECHNIQUE PROGRESSION PROGRAM

Six sessions. Each session is 1hr
Meeting once a week for six weeks, each session includes:

• Dynamic run warmup
• Before and after video analysis
• Basic to advanced run technique drill progression to improve running mechanics & efficiency
• Run workouts delivered through Final Surge mobile app
• Cadence adaptation
• Mobility for runners
• Strength work

INDIVIDUAL, GROUP & TEAM TRAINING PROGRAMS

Track and Cross Country: Sprints, hurdlers, middle distance & distance
Running: Speed development, 5k, 10k, marathoners & ultra marathoners
Triathlon: Sprint distance to long course/Ironman
Crossfit Athletes: (Plans & pricing varies): Those looking to improve WOD times, aerobic capacity, run technique & efficiency.

Can include but no limited to:

  • Initial consultation to discuss current fitness level & identify race performance goals

  • 4 week blocks of workouts, goal & race specific

  • Weekly custom training workouts structured around individual schedules
