RUN TECHNIQUE PROGRESSION PROGRAM

Six sessions. Each session is 1hr

The six week run progression program is a great continuation from the run technique analysis. Meeting once a week for six weeks, each one on one session will progress from the previous session and includes the following: 

  • Dynamic run warmup
  • Before and after video analysis
  • Basic to advanced run technique drill progression to improve running mechanics & efficiency 
  • Cadence adaptation
  • Mobility for runners
  • Strength work

INDIVIDUALIZED TRAINING PROGRAMS

Running: Speed development & 5k to ultra marathons, Track & Field, Cross Country

Triathlon: Sprint distance to long course
